Agent Bio

Chris has more than 20 years of real estate expertise beginning in 2001 as Vice President and CFO for national developer/builders.  In 2006, she began her career in real estate sales and later opened her own boutique real estate firm in Vero Beach. She joined the Moorings Realty Sales Co in 2023 as Broker Associate and is committed to providing unparalleled service as well as exceptional financial analysis of what is often one of the most valuable assets her clients may hold.
Chris moved to Vero Beach with her husband and two boys from Charlotte, NC in 2006, but had lived most of her adult life in Orlando, FL. While she had lived in fairly large cities before moving to Vero, they quickly fell in love with the small town atmosphere and could not imagine raising their two boys anywhere else. Her boys are now grown and one has graduated from the University of Florida and the other is attending University of Central Florida.
Chris grew up in Thomasville, GA, went to Florida State University and then graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master’s Degree in Taxation and went on to become a CPA. She was valedictorian of her graduating class in the Business School at UCF and was awarded the prestigious Elijah Watt Sells award for scoring in the top 100 of 70,000 candidates on the CPA exam.  It was serving as VP of Finance for a National Developer/Home Builder that Chris gained the knowledge and love of
real estate which led her to become a licensed real estate broker. In 2020, Chris was awarded membership in the distinguished network of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
In her spare time, Chris loves spending time on the water with her husband, Dan, or just reading while hanging out with their adorable border collie, Chloe.
