Agent Bio

A fourth-generation Vero Beach native, Collier joined The Moorings Realty Sales Company in November 2021. Collier brings a wealth of local knowledge to the table having grown up just down the road from The Moorings and attending nearby St. Edward’s School from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Collier is excited to be back home and close to family, including his grandparents, long-time Moorings residents Don and Linda Proctor.

After graduating from St. Edwards in 2011, Collier went on to attend Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont where he played football for four years and graduated with a B.A. in 2015. From 2016 through 2021, Collier lived in Miami and Tampa where he worked for several leading commercial real estate brokerage firms including HFF, JLL, and Berkadia. During his tenure, Collier executed over $1 billion of investment sales and debt placement transactions.

Outside of the office, Collier can be found on the golf course, in the woods, or on the water at any given time. He and his wife, Sarah, recently moved back home to Vero this past year with their 85-lb Golden Doodle, Mason.
