Agent Bio

Hi, my name is Erika Ross and I am a full time Realtor® with the Moorings Realty Sales company.  I have been actively selling real estate since 2007 and not only have I been a multi-million dollar producer every year, but I also consistently rank in the top 10% of agents for sales on the Barrier Island of Vero Beach (out of over 1,100 Indian River County Realtors).  My primary focus is the Moorings, although I do list and sell properties throughout the Barrier Island.  

I was born in Abington, PA and grew up in southern Minnesota, before moving to Vero Beach in 1990 after a vacation in which I ended up falling in love with the beautiful beaches, warm sunny climate and low-key lifestyle.  I live here in the Moorings with my husband, son and shih tzu, Coco.  We belong to the Moorings Yacht & Country Club (where I am currently serving on the membership committee).  I am a member of the Realtors Association of Indian River County as well as the National Association of Realtors.  

I am dedicated to providing each and every one of my clients the local market knowledge they need and the time they require to make the right real estate decision.  I am proud to say that a high percentage of my business comes from past clients – from people who choose my services time and time again.  I don’t measure my success by sales, but by the relationships I build along the way.  I look forward to working with you!
